Why is your website ShopComplex.co instead of ShopComplex.com?
We love the name Shop Complex, but unfortunately, the .com domain is being sold at an extremely high price. Rather than overpay for a domain, we chose .co so we can focus on what truly matters—building a reliable, trustworthy brand.

We know using .co may be a small challenge at first, but we’re committed to earning your trust through hard work, fair pricing, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience for Pokémon fans and geek culture enthusiasts, helping you enjoy your hobby, grow your collection, and pass your passion on to the next generation.

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! Right now, we are focused on growing our online customer base, but a physical location may be considered in the future.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from Illinois unless otherwise noted in the product description.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@shopcomplex.co within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will assist you.
