Faster Shipping for US Customers – One of the biggest concerns we’ve heard is shipping speed. To address this, we’re working on holding inventory, which will significantly reduce delivery times for our US-based customers.
What About Our International Customers?
We know that some of our international customers have experienced slow shipping times, and we sincerely apologize for that. While our initial focus is on improving service within the US, we haven’t forgotten about you! We are actively working on a solution to speed up delivery for international orders and will update you as soon as we have a better system in place.
